Tradition

Jensen Cheese is a third generation family tradition established in 1925 by founder Arne Jensen, a Master Cheesemaker from Denmark.  
 
Each cheese has been made with the utmost care and attention to guarantee that the texture and flavour are at their best. The Old World Curing Process is still being used to ensure our old fashioned, full bodied natural flavours. This is done at our own Wilton Cheese Factory, the manufacturing division for A.M. Jensen Limited located in Wilton (Odessa), Ontario.
