Tips & Serving Suggestions

Cheddar tastes best when eaten at room temperature
(about 66 degrees F or 20 degrees C).

To retain the best flavour, do not bring large pieces of Cheddar
to room temperature time and time again.  Estimate portions per
person.

For example: when serving Cheddar with crackers, calculate
approximately 1/4 to 1/2 pound (125g to 250g) of cheese per
person.

Avoid strongly flavoured crackers when serving Cheddar.

Suitable fruits to serve with Cheddar are grapes, pineapple, apples, pears, dates and figs.
